My Fit Life Foundation Academy is a 90 day program that is designed to tailor each client's fitness, nutrition, and weight loss goals, which I personally coach.

 

My program is structured with enhancing the following areas to ultimately live a healthier lifestyle:

  1. Optimizing physical activity routines

  2. Optimizing nutrition and eating behaviors

  3. Optimizing mindset and stress  

  4. Includes One-On-One Coaching

The Ultimate goal of my program is to give clients a foundation to lose weight and create a healthier lifestyle for themselves. Lastly, I want my clients to feel amazing and confident again!

What is Offered in Fit Life Foundation Academy

  • Access to Fit Life Foundation Academy video course!

  • Fitness assessment and goals on fitness app

  • Weekly check-in's and motivational support to keep you accountable and on track with your goals

  • Fitness programs include a calendar and training videos to follow along with for correct forms and postures through an online/mobile fitness App

  • Workouts are programed weekly for clients

  • Calories and food intake are also assessed through an online fitness App, including nutrition coaching and advice

  • Online support for any questions you may have during the length of your program, with messaging available through the fitness App

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching call via Zoom

  • Services provided virtually so you can focus on your life and get results on your time

  • Helps clients with reaching long term goals

My Fit Life Foundation Academy - Video Course is the educational video course that is a part of my 90 day one on one coaching program. I decided to release this so others could benefit from the educational videos without getting my one on one coaching services.

 

My program is structured with enhancing the following areas to ultimately live a healthier lifestyle:
