Dealing with Stress? Get to the Beach!

Hey everyone, my girlfriend and I are in the process of moving, and I’m sure everyone knows that moving can be very stressful at times. When it comes to looking at new homes, packing, scheduling, making sure all parties are on the same page, stress levels during such times can easily be heightened.


I wanted to share one thing I like to do to manage my stress levels when everything seems overwhelming to me. One place that always makes me feel calm and starts to slow my heartbeat is visiting the beach. To me, visiting the boardwalk, watching the waves in the ocean, the smell of the salt air, and of course being around the ones I love during these visits really makes me feel at ease. It’s almost like visiting another realm.


I love the beach life! I can just forget everything and take big controlled and calming breaths. For me, the beach allows me to do this.
